How long does onboarding take?
Most schools are live within a week. We help you import your fleet and roster, and then walk your team through one training session. After that, your routes can run the same day.
Do parents need to install anything?
Yes — there's a free parent app for iOS and Android. We share download links once your school is set up, and parents can be onboarded in bulk by the school office.
What happens if a vehicle goes off route?
The driver app flags the deviation immediately, the school dashboard gets a real-time alert, and parents on that route receive a push notification. You can also call the driver from inside the app.
How is student data protected?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based (parents only see their own child, schools only see their own students), and we never sell or share data with advertisers.
Can we use our existing buses and drivers?
Absolutely. The platform is designed to work with your existing fleet. We add the device kit (or use your driver's phone) and the app handles the rest.
